Chris has been a professional piercer since 2010, beginning his journey in the wild and wonderful hills of West Virginia. In 2015, he took a leap and moved to Chicago, and a decade later, in 2025, he, his partner Aaron (a PhD molecular engineer at NYU Langone), and their cat Ducky made their way to NYC. (Yes, Ducky is named after the beloved character from The Land Before Time.)
A true people person, Chris brings ease, warmth, and genuine sparkle to every appointment. He’s the piercer you can ask anything — whether you’re curious about placement, worried about healing, or just want to chat about the future of your piercing. His favorite gemstones include moss agate, tourmalinated quartz, and moonstone — stones with depth, texture, and quiet magic, much like his approach to the craft.
Outside of the studio, Chris is a full-blown maker. Wood carving, painting, cross-stitching, punch needle art; if it involves creating with his hands, he’s in. His playlists drift through ambient, downtempo, indie and alternative rock, jazz, and electronic, forming the perfect backdrop to his endless stream of creative projects.
