Shipping Methods

irispiercing.com offers free standard shipping for all domestic orders. Currently, expedited shipping is on a case by case basis and we do not offer the option at checkout. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

Domestic orders under $20 will be charged shipping. Shipping is free for domestic orders valued at $20 and above. We do charge for international orders. Please see the International Shipping section below for more information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $20 and above.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries around the world. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method you choose. You can view a shipping estimate for your order before you checkout. Any VAT (value added tax) and/or GST (goods and services tax) may apply. These taxes are out of our control and you may be required to pay these upon delivery of your items.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location of the shipping destination to our fulfillment center. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We normally note these times in the top banner of our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is missing or lost, please contact the shipper immediately. If you are sure that your package is missing or lost, file a lost package claim with the shipper. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
