How to Use Seam Rings

Watch the How-To Video

Always wash your hands before handling your piercing. A seam ring looks like a continuous circle, but it has a tiny gap that opens and closes. To remove it, gently twist the two ends away from each other—never pull them straight apart. Once it’s open enough, slide it out of your piercing. To put it back in, guide the ring through your piercing and twist the ends back together until the seam is flush and the circle looks smooth again.
