Normal Signs:

- Clear or pale crusting around the jewelry—normal lymph fluid, not pus.

Daith Piercing Aftercare Tips

Clean Consistently: Rinse twice daily with sterile saline spray and let it air dry.
Hands Off: Avoid twisting or touching; movement can delay healing and cause bumps.
Avoid Snags: Watch out for glasses, headphones, ear buds, q-tips and hair. Use a donut pillow to reduce sleeping pressure.
Skip the Soaks: Stay out of pools, hot tubs, and lakes until healed. Showers are fine—rinse afterward with saline.
Be Patient: Only change jewelry after a piercer confirms full healing.
